At Buys Galore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Buys Galore account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
